    Bob Daughtery serves on the Board of Directors and is a retired CPA who uses his strong financial background to assist the Board of Directors and Refresh as a whole. In his spare time, he also plays bass with a few other local musicians at several of the Cleveland area venues.
Favorite Band: The Beatles and he actually saw the Beatles in concert in Kansas City (had to sneak out of the house that night to see them play).
    Diana Rosa is the Founder and CEO of Rosa Consulting, whose mission is to reach and teach small non-profits strategies focused on serving our most vulnerable communities. Shehas over 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience and has served in an executive role at some of the largest nonprofits in Northeast Ohio. Diana earned a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from Lake Erie College. Born and raised in the Glenville community she has a passion for serving Cleveland’s urban communities and helping them to thrive.

    Joseph Black, a dynamic force for change, brings over a decade of expertise in community organizing and philanthropy. Since February 2023, he spearheads transformative strategies as the Manager of Racial Equity and Racial Justice (RERJ) Initiatives at the Cleveland Foundation, overseeing the impactful Cleveland Black Futures Fund. Joseph's commitment extends beyond his professional role; he actively shapes community narratives as the Vice Chair of the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority Board of Commissioners and serves on the Boards of Directors for Refresh Collective, the HealthComp Foundation, and the Men and Women of Central. A visionary leader, Joseph champions the "Reverse Ride Along," an innovative community engagement training program that educates over 500 law enforcement and medical professionals, reflecting his dedication to lasting positive change within communities.
    Josh Wade joined the Board of Directors because he loves and wants to support the work Refresh Collective is doing to give young people creative outlets. He brings to Refresh Collective 15 years of experience in live production, concerts, and event management.

    Lisa Froehlich has worked in education over the last 30 years as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), SLP Supervisor and an Administrator. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati with a research emphasis in literacy and language. She is currently employed at Cincinnati Public Schools. She is excited to bring her years of experience working with youth to the Board and her knowledge of obtaining resources necessary to develop creative programs to meet the diverse needs of all individuals. My favorite place to be is with my family on a lake somewhere, listening to music, sharing some laughs and enjoying life with the ones I love.

    Mike Gustafson is a dedicated and experienced leader with a proven track record of success in leading professional services and technology teams. He is deeply passionate about developing people and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Beyond his professional achievements, Mike is actively involved in various non-profit organizations in the Cleveland area. He is honored and excited to be now serving as the President of the Board for Refresh Collective.

Musical fun-fact: My musical tastes are diverse and depend on the situation. Instrumental electronic, hip-hop and lo-fi while working and a broad variety lately impacted by whatever my four kids are currently into.
    Morrighan is currently the Lead Technical Project Manager at Nestle, where she is responsible for leading the digital project implementations to support the operational start-up of a new factory in Glendale AZ. In addition, she is the category manager for all beverage factories within the Nestle USA market. Morrighan's primary responsibilities include developing the digital strategy, leading digital project implementations, improving processes, and fostering strong cross-functional relationships to meet delivery goals.
Morrighan has a diverse background, having worked at Sherwin Williams as a Product Manager and at Progressive Insurance for 22 years in various roles, including Project Manager, Process Consultant, Product Owner, Incident/Problem Management, and Business Systems Analyst.
