Let's Talk About
Next Year

Complete by April 15 · Responses go directly to leadership

Hey —

We're starting to think about next year, and before we get into contracts and logistics, we want to hear from you first. Your experience matters to us. Not just what you're producing in the room — but how you're actually feeling about the work, about your growth, about where you want to go.

This questionnaire is part of your contract. It's not optional. But it's also not a performance review — that's a different conversation. This is us asking you to be honest. About the good and the hard.

Take your time with it. There are no wrong answers. We'd rather have the truth than the answer you think we want to hear.

How the Year Works

So you know what to expect — here's the full rhythm of a 10-month Teaching Artist contract cycle at Refresh Collective.

August

Contract begins. School year kicks off. You're in the room doing the work.

Nov – Dec

Mid-contract check-in with leadership. A pulse check on the year — not a raise conversation, just alignment.

April 1

This questionnaire goes out. You tell us how the year went and whether you're in for next year. We're doing the same reflection on our end.

May 31

Current contract ends. School year wraps.

June 1

New offers are made.

July 1

Contracts are signed. Then we do it all again.

Your answer here starts a conversation, not a contract. We'll follow up directly.
